From the One Shot Past Shooters Club
545 Main
Lander, WY 82520
Here's the enclosed letter, that was included in
each box of antelope jerky.
"Dear Sergeants and Troops Abroad,
On behalf of the One Shot Past Shooters Club we wish to Thank You for your Service and Dedication! Every year for the past 66 years the One Shot Antelope Hunt has been held in Lander, Wyoming. People from all over the country and world come to participate in this annual antelope Hunt. This year some of the One Shot Past Shooters wanted to donate their
antelope to the "Antelope Jerky Project." The jerky is sent to as many Troops as possible in Afghanistan and Iraq. The enclosed packages are a result of this endeavor.
Our Officers of the Board, Charley Grayson, President; Eric Dahl, Executive Vice President; 1st Vice President, David Bules; 2nd Vice President Mickey Asbell all want to express their gratitude to you. We want to also acknowledge several key people: Past Shooter and Retired USAF General Bob Scott from Cody, Wyoming and Dominic Domenici and Scott Darrah from the Unites States Fish & Wild
Life Services from Casper, Wyoming, all of whom helped put this plan together and helped make it possible to send the jerky to you. Finally, it was the Past Shooters themselves we have to thank, since they harvested the antelope and paid for the jerky processing and shipping.
Hope you enjoy it, Stay Safe."
Best Regards,
