WHEREAS, the undersigned, being experienced and familiar with firearms and hunting, has voluntarily and of his/her own choice requested to participate in the 2025  Foo Foo Rah and all related activities, fully realizing and knowing and appreciating the inherent risks, hazards, and dangers of firearms.

WHEREAS, the undersigned desires to release, hold harmless and discharge certain parties from any and all personal injury and/or property damage of whatsoever kind or nature that may arise, be suffered or incurred, directly or indirectly, as a result of or in any way related to his/her participating in the Foo Foo Rah and/or any of its related activities.

WHEREAS, the undersigned realizes and knows this Release pertains to unknown possible future injuries and/or damages from which he/she might otherwise have legal recourse except for the execution of this Release.

WHEREAS, the undersigned desires to give permission for the use of any photographs, likeness, etc. to be used by the One-Shot Past Shooters Club or Water for Wildlife® Foundation for newspaper, magazine or other articles or other valid promotional purpose.

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of being allowed to participate in the 2025Foo Foo Rah and all related activities as a Past Shooter or a guest, the undersigned on behalf of himself/herself, his/her heirs, assigns and personal representative does hereby irrevocably and forever.

1. Voluntarily release, hold harmless and discharge the One-Shot Antelope Club, Past Shooters Club and the Water for Wildlife® Foundation their officers, directors, committee members, club members, workers, employees, agents, servants, volunteers, sponsors and hunters, and all land owners upon whose land the undersigned may be while hunting, shooting, eating or otherwise, from any and all manner of causes of action or whatsoever kind, nature or description , whether for personal injury, property damage or otherwise, available or which may be available at law or in equity, arising from or in any way related to his/her participation in such.
2. Elects to and does personally assume all risk of loss and/or injury above described and/or that may be connected with the above-described event, absolutely waiving any and all rights he may have to dispute the scope and effect of this Release.

3. Gives permission, freely, voluntarily and without expectation of any benefits from the One- Shot Antelope Club, Past Shooters Club or Water for Wildlife® Foundation for such use of said photographs or likeness. Furthermore, that this permission is given with the understanding that the undersigned will not be contacted by the One-Shot Antelope Club, Past Shooters Club or Water for Wildlife® Foundation prior to any likeness or photograph being used by the One-Shot Antelope Club, Past Shooters Club or Water for Wildlife®

IN WITNESS WHEREAS, after reading the above, I have by checking the box below,executed this Release for 2025 Foo Foo Rah.
